This full-day in person workshop will give participants practice in essential communication, planning and group leadership 'soft skills' relevant to an extended group adventure.  The session will consist of a combination of presented material and group breakout practice sessions.

The session will begin promptly at 9AM and will go until 3PM  with a lunch break to allow everyone to move around!
