Creating Safety in Group Settings, a Nervous System-Informed Approach - Online Classroom

Come learn tools that create a greater sense of cohesion and safety in any group setting with Stacy Earlywine. A Leadership Development Series webinar.

  • Casual

Have you ever been in a situation where it felt difficult to speak up about a concern you had? Or felt the need to agree with others against what your intuition was telling you? Have you had situations where the group dynamic just felt off and perhaps this led to a situation getting out of hand?  Join me in an experiential exploration of the nervous system and how we can harness it’s power to help us create safety for individuals and the collective group. What does safety mean to you?  How do you know if your definition of safety matches that of your participants? We’ll learn how the nervous system detects threat, both real and perceived, and how a lack of safety, physical or emotional, can contribute to poor group outcomes.  Participants will also learn tools that can easily and reliably create a greater sense of cohesion and safety in any group setting.
