Interactive & Responsive Facilitation

Facilitation requires an awareness about and connection to the call and response between you and your audience. Every audience is different. How do you teach your content and allow yourself to be influenced by the needs of your students? This is an interactive course. Be prepared for dialogue. You will learn and practice some simple skills and techniques and then reflect upon how you might use these in your courses.

ONLINE ONLY

This course will be delivered online as a series of Zoom meetings. You will need access to a computer with a speaker and camera, as well as high-speed internet. Each session will be a mix of presentation and conversation, and participants are expected to engage with the presenter and with one another via chat and audio. Information about how to log-on to the Zoom meeting will be sent a day or two before the session.

Multi-Week Series

This course consists of two consecutive webinars. Participants are expected to attend all sessions to build knowledge and trust with their community.

Presenter

Tracy Rekart guides people to skillfully lead on purpose. She is a dynamic facilitator respected for her energetic style, deep thinking, and genuine care. Tracy develops and delivers leadership programs, consults with global organizations and coaches teams on HOW to live into their vision and purpose, and maintains an individual coaching practice.
