Exploring & Navigating Conflict - 2021

Outdoor Leadership Course

Exploring & Navigating Conflict

In this three-part webinar series with Tracy Rekart, participants will learn about how to manage conflict

Conflict is complicated. Some people don’t mind conflict and might assume others share this comfort. Others deeply fear conflict and shy away from it. Conflict is disrupted expectations. You and another person have different ideas about something. In this situation you have a few choices: disengage from the person to avoid conflict, engage in active conflict to secure your perspective, or get curious about both perspectives. In this course will practice ways stand in what you believe and be curious about your and another’s perspective about the disrupted expectation.
