Global Adventures Preview: Scrambling in Japan's Northern Alps (July 2022)

This is an information session for anyone interested in participating in this 2022 Global Adventure, scheduled for  July 22 - August 1.  It's a challenging scramble trip in spectacular mountains, with a strenuous rating of 4 and  technical rating of 5.  It has significant exposure as you'll see in Atsuko's photos.  There is a strong cultural component, as you'll be staying in mountain huts with international scramblers for several of the nights, and you'll enjoy some sightseeing in Tokyo and smaller locales.  It includes 2 nights in a hot spring lodge, for some "R&R!"    Trip participants must be Mountaineers members and an application is required.
