LOGISTICS

  • Plan to start at 9:00am, plan to end by 5:00pm.  You may choose to stay overnight the night before (Friday) or the night of (Saturday).  Please indicate which nights in the text box when asked.
  • IMPORTANT: The entrance to get to the cabin off the highway is gated. We will have a volunteer standing at the gate from 8:45-9:15 to let participants in.  If you plan to stay Friday night, we'll contact you with instructions.
  • Getting to the cabin: when traveling East on HWY 2, turn right into the first parking lot at Stevens Pass, it is immediately BEFORE the ski resort lodges. If you pass the ski resort lodges on the right, you've gone too far.
  • All participants MUST PARK in lot 4 (next to the snow-cats and shipping containers).  It's a short walk from the parking lot to the cabin- you get to the access road by walking past shipping containers in the SE corner of the parking lot, up the access road, then right. Follow the road until you run into the red cabin.

SAFETY

  • We are requiring that all participants at the work party be fully vaccinated for Covid-19.
  • If you are feeling unwell on the day-of, please stay home to be on the safe side, and please cancel on the website so we know not to account for you.
  • Please wear closed-toe shoes and clothes that can get dirty.
  • Gloves and glasses will be available on-site, however, if you have your own PPE (especially gloves) that fit well, please do bring them
