Virtual - Olympia Branch Open House: Meet the Mountaineers

We're fortunate to live amid the unparalleled beauty of the Pacific Northwest.  Enhance your outdoor experience by learning new skills and being part of an organization that protects and conserves the wilderness.

Join us at our Virtual Open House and learn about our activities and classes. We have something for just about everyone: winter travel, alpine scrambling, backpacking, climbing, hiking, mountain-oriented and wilderness first-aid, outdoor leadership, navigation, sea kayaking, wilderness skills, conservation, nature appreciation, and a robust family and youth program.  

Our Virtual Open House will feature an overview of the classes and activities we are offering in 2021 and the benefits of a Mountaineers membership.  You’ll “meet” the Olympia Branch members who present the information and have an opportunity to attend breakout sessions to get more information and ask questions.

This virtual event is for both members and non-members. You must RSVP to get the zoom event information.  Non-members can obtain a guest membership to RSVP.  Members are encouraged to invite their friends, neighbors and colleagues.  

Some of our classes start soon so you will get your plan in motion.  For example, the Winter Travel (for nordic skiing and/or snowshoeing) class starts on January 11, 2021.
