We will review resources available to help you develop a fitness plan and discuss our experiences training for hiking and backpacking trips.

Join us via Zoom on March 29 at 6:30pm.  A Zoom link will be sent to registered participants on March 28. 

This session is open to all and is particularly helpful for participants in the Intro to Backpacking and Conditioning Hiking Series courses led by the Tacoma Branch.  We will look at other resources offered through the Mountaineers and elsewhere to help you develop a fitness plan.
