TAC MAC Juniors and Seniors will meet throughout the year to discuss trip leadership and work on planning their own trips.

Leadership series is open to MAC juniors or seniors who have completed at least one year of MAC, or sophomores who have completed two years of MAC.
Leadership students will have the opportunity to plan and lead their own MAC trip, with adult oversight. Leading a trip is not mandatory though, and eligible students are welcome to participate in the seminar without leading a trip.
Topics will include: route research and planning, route finding, group management and people skills, decision-making.
Newer MAC students should focus on going on trips and gaining experience before participating in the leadership series.
