Priority is for Tacoma Basic students who need to rent equipment, then students from all branches who need to rent boats. After July 1st all students are welcome to register. To rent a kayak or drysuit please visit: https://www.olympicoutdoorcenter.com/pages/rental-gear#kayaks or call 360‐297-4659.
Reserve your equipment as early as you can.
Assistant leaders from all branches are welcome to register. I will open up more spots for assistent leaders if needed.
Olympic Outdoor Center, rental location, pass through downtown Port Campbell, and turn right (east) on View Dr., Northeast. Follow it to the shore. There are a portable toilet and the launch site. No running water. You'll see a Connix on left side of dirt parking area and picnic tables.
Meet Time 9:45am
Rental opening: 10:00 am
Pre-launch talk: 10:45 am
Launch: 11:00 am
Assistant Leaders should bring the following if they own them:
VHF Marine radio
Towing belt
Required Equipment
Sea Kayak and dry suit with 10 essentials.
