An easy one mile hike with a 500 ft elevation gain to the campsite from Forest Service Road 73. We'll set up camp, then day hike up to Grand Park and back to camp for the evening. This is a great introductory trip. There is limited parking at the trailhead, we'll meet at the Enumclaw Ranger station to encourage carpools. Trip destination and dates are pending successful reservations being obtained from Mount Rainier National Park.
