Tacoma Program Center 6:30 to 9pm

Learn how to plan your own routes for backpacking trips with guidebooks and computer programs that will open your world to many more destinations when you know what to look for and where. Choose one of three pre-selected routes to plan an easy backpacking trip with your group. Active participation in planning will be an important part of completing this activity. 

A computer capable of internet connection is required to participate in this activity. Any of the recommended guidebooks will also come in handy for researching routes.
