***Trip initially open to Winter Hiking Series students. Trip will open for registration to all Mountaineers 7 to 10 days prior to the hike date.*** This moderate hike through a mature second growth forest connecting to an overlook with a view to the south featuring Mount Rainier in the distance. It's 7.0 miles round trip and 1,500 feet of elevation gain.
