Are you interested in becoming a volunteer trip leader for the Photography Committee? Being a trip leader doesn't mean you know everything there is to know about photography and camera settings. It's more about sharing interesting things to photograph and getting people outdoors!
In this workshop, we will go over:
- Planning a photography field trip (getting ready)
- Scouting locations
- Setting up trips on the website
- Conservation guidelines
- Permits
- Communicating with participants
- Carpools and meeting places
- Your role on location
- Safety & accidents
- After the trip follow-up
Note: If you have a laptop or tablet that is WiFi enabled, bring it to class to follow along during instruction of the website trip set-up.
