This collaborative talk brings together expertise in pelvic health, sports nutrition, and mountain trekking to help you understand how menopause can affect performance, comfort, and long-term enjoyment of outdoor activity. By the end of this seminar you'll gain actionable insights from a pelvic health Doctor of Physical Therapy, an experienced nutritionist, and a globe-trotting trainer/trail guide, all focused on supporting individuals through menopause while staying active outdoors.
