Outdoor Empowered Network Summit: learn about gear libraries across the US, including ours!

From the comfort of your home, travel the US to learn about Detroit Outdoors' inner-city camping opportunities, how Get Outdoors Leadville gets youth on fat tire snow bikes, and, of course, what The Mountaineers' Gear Library has been up to right here at home.

Join the Outdoors Empowered Network, a national network of community-led, youth-centered outdoor education groups, as they showcase their members and all the incredible work they do to increase access to the outdoors. The Mountaineers Gear Library will be featured as an OEN member in this summit. Highlights of the evening include a keynote address by CJ Goulding who trains, mentors, and supports a national network of over 400 leaders who are building connection across culture and creating equitable access to nature in their communities as well as 2020 updates from participating OEN members. Check out the rest of the evening's program. The summit is free to attend.  Click the button below to register with Eventbrite.
