Summer Camp - Water Week 1

Join us on an aquatic adventure!

Mountains to Sea

Become an adventurer like Sacagawea! Way back in the 1800s she guided Lewis and Clark through the wonders of the Pacific North West in an effort to find a practical route through the west for President Thomas Jefferson.  Come along with the Corps of Discovery for a week of adventure with the Mountaineers:  navigate your way around Magnuson Park, kayak around Lake Washington, raft down the Sykomish river and climb up the tallest peaks (climbing walls) at the Mountaineers.

Kids will have a chance to try climbing, swimming, kayaking, and whitewater rafting. This week will include fun games and activities, an earth stewardship component and outdoor skills development, all led by skilled instructors.

During Water week, the camp will take an awesome field trip to the Outdoor Activities Center in Index WA to go white water rafting down the Skykomish River.  (Be prepared to pick your camper up late on their field trip day due to the nature of this activity.)

The camp day runs from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Drop off starts at 8:45 am and pick up begins at 3:50 pm.  We are offering extended care this year.  For extended care: drop off anytime between 7:45 - 8:45 am (except Mondays) and pick up anytime between 4:00- 5:30.
