Join the Nomads (and Pathfinders) on a 4 day summer trip!! We will hike, climb, swim, camp, and eat a lot of good food!

  • Trip Sheet: Trip Sheet will be posted within the 2 weeks prior to the trip.

  • Parking: Families must check in to the campground to receive a parking pass (no cost)

  • Road Conditions: Gravel roads in good condition
  • Guests: If spots are still available one week prior to the trip, email Alvaro to request that a friend or sibling be able to join.

CLOTHES: PACK FOR WARM CONDITIONS DURING THE DAY

  • Clothes for adventuring during the day (layers)
    • Clothes for at camp in the evening (slightly warmer because it’ll cool down in the evening)
  • Sun Protection: sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, sun shirt, etc.
  • Day pack
  • Hiking Boots
  • Camp Shoes (optional) 

CAMPING ITEMS:

  • Personal mess kit including: plate/bowl, utensils, cup
  • Camp chair
  • Tent (can be borrowed from the Mountaineers with advance notice)
  • Sleeping bag/pad (can be borrowed from the Mountaineers with advance notice)
  • Pillow (we’re car camping; might as well be comfy!)
  • Toiletries (restrooms available at campsite)
  • Headlamp/flashlight with extra batteries
  • Face mask(s)
  • Hand Sanitizer

FOOD FOR YOURSELF/FAMILY (OR GROUP MEALS): 

    • Breakfast: x3 as Meal Pods
    • Lunch: (x4)
    • Dinner: x3 as Meal Pods
    • Snacks: enough for all days
  • Water: 2 liters per person per day minimum
