Meet in Goodman at 9 am.
We will be having climbing 101 workshops all fall to make sure everyone can become 100% dialed on the basic climbing skills. At these workshops we will be teaching top rope belaying, knot tying, and rope coiling. This is a great time to learn, practice, or refresh your skills!
It is okay to come without your child! If Nomad youth come, they need to be prepared to be patient at the beginning as we teach belaying.
Land Acknowledgement - We will be recreating and learning on the lands of the Coast Salish Peoples, including the Duwamish, who live here and steward these lands and waters as they have since time immemorial. The Seattle Mountaineers Youth Clubs encourages you to recreate mindfully and respectfully during our upcoming event on these native lands.
