Join Mountaineers youth program members for our new monthly climbing meetups from 9–11am at Vertical World Seattle, these sessions offer open climbing time for youth and/or caregivers. This is a fun and supportive space to climb together.
This is not run by staff, and no technical (belaying, leading) instruction is allowed at Vertical World.
Special Pricing:
• $10 per person for a day pass
• $12 per person with gear rental
A super affordable way to get the whole family climbing! For comparison regular rates are $25 for adult (14+) day pass; youth $16; plus rentals for shoes $5 & harness $7.
When you arrive at the front desk, just let them know you’re with The Mountaineers to receive the discounted rate.

Required Equipment
Climbing clothes, harness, shoes, and chalk bag (unless renting). If you want to lead climb you will need to bring your own rope - program ropes will not be provided.
