We'll be hiking approximately 8.5 miles, 1900' elevation gain. This approach to Poo Poo point follows the longer, moderately steep, less frequented trail. You'll find it quite pleasant! As this is a conditioning hike, we will aim for a brief stop or two along the trail for layer adjustment/water/party separation breaks. We will also take a short break at the upper viewpoint for a bite to eat.
More hike details and recent trail reports can be found here on the WTA website.

If space allows, leader's super friendly golden retriever, Zoe, will be joining us on the trip. If you're allergic or dog-phobic, please inform leader and Zoe will stay behind and keep the couch warm.
Meet at the East Sunset Way trailhead at 8:30am. Drive time from central Seattle, approximately 30 minutes.
