LASER Childcare - Climbing

Youth activity: Mountain Workshop - LASER Childcare

LASER Childcare - Climbing - Mountaineers Seattle Program Center

Join us for an afternoon of climbing with LASER Childcare! Volunteers must know how to belay.

  • Casual

Volunteers should arrive at 12:30pm and will be finished by about 3:30pm. All volunteers must know how to belay and be able to pass a belay test. This program is with elementary school age participants.

LASER Childcare consists of three school age child care programs (LASER at Laurelhurst, LASER at Sand Point, and LASER at Bryant), a Pre-K Readiness Program, enrichment classes (offered at Laurelhurst and Sand Point), Day Camp (offered during school in-service days and school breaks), and Summer Camp! All these programs are located in the Northeast Seattle community. LASER's focus is each child's social and emotional growth and they offer child care programs focused on that objective.
