TRAIL DESCRIPTION: An moderate 11 mile hike with 1,500 feet of elevation gain. A walk through old growth forest in a pretty river valley with scenic bridges crossing in the Norse Peak Wilderness. The route is open to horses. There have been reports of goat sightings, some fallen trees, and patches of snow but not at the main campsite.

- Land Acknowledgement: We will be recreating on the lands/waters of the Pacific Northwest Indian Tribes , including the Puyallup, Yakama, Cayuse, Umatilla and Walla Walla tribes, who live here and steward these lands and waters as they have since time immemorial.

Meet at SPC basement by 7am to caravan/carpool. Otherwise meet at Green Lakes Trailhead by 9:30am. Boots tied and packs on back ready to go by 10:30am.
