January GoWalk! Urban Walks: 3 to 6 miles, 300 to 600 feet of elevation gain - Longfellow Creek & Pigeon Point

GoWalk! L3 January Urban Walks are low-stress activities to help you determine where you are in terms of gear, the pace (1.5 - 2 mph) and distance you can complete comfortably, and what your season goals for conditioning and walking are, so that you can determine what level of walks and pace would be the best fit for you to sign up for - no pressure, no judgment!

  • Pace: 1.5-2.0 mph

Route: Delridge Pigeon Point Loop #16, from "Seattle Walks". Walk starts near the butterfly park and the salmon bone bridge. 


Participation in 2 Urban Walks each month is required of GoWalk! participants. Enrollment in additional walks is encouraged, as space permits.

L3 Urban Walks will be offered in January and will open for registration on Friday, December 5th  at 6:00am. Register for a second urban  walk Friday, December 13.
