Sail Trim - Tatoosh, Meydenbauer Bay Yacht Club

We will be heading to Seattle to participate in the Sunday afternoon, Goosebumps race on Lake Union on my Islander 40 sailboat, Tatoosh.  We will be leaving out of MBYC in Bellevue.  The MBYC clubhouse is a large 3 story white building on Meydenbauer Way.   Tatoosh is located on dock 3, the most western dock at MBYC.  Parking is allowed in the MBYC parking lot; please leave a note on your dash that you are a guest of Doug Penny.  Bring finger foods and containerized drinks to share.  Your skipper is a pescetarian.  No red wine.  We will not be stopping to eat, but will eat while underway and when time allows.  Wear non-marking, soft soled shoes.  Come prepared for the predicted weather.  On the day of the sail, contact me via phone or text message only (206-786-3684).  We should meet at 11:00 to prep the boat and get underway.  The race starts at 1:00 and we will plan to be back in Bellevue before dark.  After the race, we might stop to socialize with the other racers at Ivars or another watering hole along the path, or not.
