Once we get to the Sunrise Visitor Center parking lot, we will hike less than half a mile to Sourdough Ridge to get set up and prepare for sunrise (which is around 7:30 PM).

It gets chilly at night, so dress in layers and bring a headlamp (that has a red light so you don't mess up other people's shots). You'll need it to hike back to the parking lot.

Plan to stay around 2 hours before heading back to Seattle.

Meet at the 65th St. Park and Ride (Green Lake) in the northern-most lot at 3:00 PM. We will depart promptly at 3:10 PM so that we may arrive at the Sunrise Visitor center and  get set up.
