For both lead and assistant instructors, learn the new routes and exercises at Discovery Park. This training session will prepare you for the changes to the Wilderness Navigation course. If you're already familiar with Discovery Park, there are some significant changes you'll want to get up to speed with so attendance is recommended.
In order to attend you need to be a Basic (Off-Trail) Navigation Course graduate. On-Trail badges do not qualify for this activity.
Start Time: 9:00am, finish between 2-2:30pm.

Required Equipment
Bring your compass, altimeter, and GPS (phone). Caltopo maps and scenario notes will be provided at checkin, and electronically prior to the training.
