Are you having trouble keeping up with others on trips, or do you feel you want to be able to go faster?
The definition of insanity is doing the same thing repeatedly but expecting different results. It's time to get the results you deserve through smarter hiking!
We’ll cover several key strategies for how to train and progress your hiking speed over a few months. You'll learn about the importance of variety in your hikes and strategize using the acronym S.E.R.I.E.S. to cover all the key elements of conditioning... in your hikes.
This is the fourth seminar in a spring 2026 series. Join one or all. The others are Feb. 11, Feb. 24, and March 20.
This in-person, interactive seminar will be held at the Seattle Program Center in Magnuson Park from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Come dressed in comfortable clothing and bring your questions.
