CHS - Mt. Rainier Campout - Skyscraper Pass & Skyscraper Mountain

CHS 1 hike during the Mt. Rainier Campout Weekend. We'll hike from Sunrise Point to the Wonderland Trail and onto Skyscraper Pass. Then follow the boot path to an easy summit of Skyscraper Mountain. From the summit, enjoy views of Baker, Glacier Peak and Adams... with Mt Rainier dominating the sky! CHS hike led at a CHS 1 pace (1.5-2.0 mph).

We will meet during breakfast to assemble carpools and leave the Ohanapecosh Campground at 7:00am. It will take about an hour to get to the Sunrise Point parking lot. We should be on the trail around 8:30am. Volunteer drivers will need an American the Beautiful Pass or purchase a day pass.

There is limited water sources along this trail. Please make sure you bring enough water or a water filter if its hot.
