The trail starts off gradual through dense forest. It then becomes a steep and challenging trail to the beautiful Teneriffe Waterfall. The trail is very steep and rocky towards the end, sturdy footwear and trekking poles are recommended. We will then head back down to the intersection which lead us up to the falls and turn uphill again to walk a bit further to reach our mileage and elevation for this month! We will hike at all times as a group!
We will meet at the Mt Teneriffe Trailhead shortly before 8AM so you can use the bathrooms and gear up so we are ready to start hiking at 8.
