Overview
A loop hike going up the Domerie Divide, across Silver Creek Tie trail, and down the Kachess Ridge
We will be going in a counter-clockwise direction so that we ascend the steepest and dustiest parts of the trail earlier in the day.
- It is likely to be very hot.
- A section with a steep 1500 foot gain in a mile.
- A few sections may feel a bit more scrambly to some and require the use of hands.
- There is at least one log crossing.
Required Equipment
- ‼️Please bring at least one trekking pole. These will be handy on the steep parts and the log crossing(s).
- ‼️Please start the hike with at least 2 liters of water. We can filter water in Silver Creek about halfway through.
- Full 10 essentials. Especially sun protection, electrolytes, and food.
