CHS 2 Hike - Baldy (Yakima Canyon)

CHS hike led at a CHS 2 pace (2.0-3.0 mph). We'll head up the north (safer) trail from the trailhead at about 8am. Fingers crossed for a great wildflower hike!

This should be a stunning (though a bit steep) hike if we get lucky with the wildflowers! After hike meal at Senor Bones in Ellensburg.

We'll aim to leave the Big Pines campground/ Baldy mountain trailhead area about 8am. There are several first come/first/serve spots at the Big Pines campground for those who don't want to do the long drive. We'll have carpool options leaving from Seattle early Sunday morning  as well.
