Tuesdays with Court continues with another early morning adventure.

This is a beautiful section of the Pacific Crest Trail. It starts from Snoqualmie Pass and heads south with two significant climbs as it travels toward Windy Pass. Enjoy Beaver and Lodge Lakes before undulating through dense forest and clear-cut that offers pretty views.  This will be an out-and-back hike: https://www.alltrails.com/trail/us/washington/pacific-crest-trail-snoqualmie-pass-to-windy-pass

Leader is a birder and photographer so we'll enjoy a few sensory pauses as we find interesting things that catch our eye. Clothing break at 15 minutes, with 3-5 minute pauses every 45 minutes to our destination where we'll eat and head back.

Meet at the TH at 6 AM booted and ready for stretching and introductions so we can walk by 6:15. The early start is to beat the heat and maximize birdsong time while avoiding traffic on both ends. Carpooling recommended and details will follow in Hello Hiker.
