Learn some introductory ice climbing techniques in a controlled top rope setting.

This will be a one-day clinic focused on your swing, tool/foot placement and your frame. We have user days for both days so will pick the better weather day.

Sign up through August 10th is first priority for students who are part of the intermediate package program. Open to the general mountaineers community after Aug 10th.

Roster size may be increased by a couple people depending on COVID restrictions.

Suggested donation for this clinic is $30-$50 if you are not part of the package program or if you have the funds to support The Mountaineers during this difficult financial time.

Steel crampons, harness, belay device, gloves (multiple sets), sunscreen/sunglasses.

If you have ice tools- bring em- if not instructors should have enough to share.

If you have a v-thread or screws that you want to play around with you are welcome to bring those as well although the focus is not anchor building.
