This  Seattle Basic Refresher Clinic - Rescue Methods Familiarization - introduces rescue systems (belay, lower, raise) and provides practice using simplified versions of these systems. Learn the different roles of each member of a rescue team.

  • Rescue Team roles
  • Knots used in rescue
  • Belay using tandem prusiks
  • Lower using a munter
  • Raise using z-pulley
