Climbing Conditioner - West Tiger Mountain No. 3 Cable Line

This will be a quick after work conditioner done in the dark. Bring a headlamp and extra batteries.

We will meet at the trailhead (just east of the entrance gate) ready to start hiking at 5:00pm.  Sunset is at 5:12pm so we will be heading up and down in the dark.

This is a   steep hike that is a good intro to traveling up and down in the dark. Being this is also a relatively short hike, it can also be a good opportunity to  try out new gear like boots, socks,  packs etc.  We will target a pace just under an hour up and, depending on trail conditions, likely only a little faster on the way down.

While not all the time, this trail can get a little icy near the top.  It is always a good idea to have some micro spikes with you.
