Last minute posting for a stairs conditioner. Let's get a little burn in and a chance to catch up/tell stories of all the fun things we did this summer! :) 
You can choose to bring a weighted backpack and keep heart rate under Aerobic Threshold, or do interval training on the stairs with no pack weight, or whatever else feels right for your training needs. 
We will go up and down until 7pm, but this is a casual event, so feel free to end early or stay late. 

Meet at 5:30 pm at top of the stairs (intersection of East Howe Street and 10th Ave E in Capitol Hill in Seattle). Boots (or trail runners) on the stairs at 5:45. There's usually plenty of street parking nearby. No bathroom is available.
