  • Students meet at 8am, ready to go; South plaza, if wet Basement
  • Instructors meet at 6:30am for set up

Equipment:     Be sure to bring all the gear listed below. Mark your equipment so that you will be able to identify it when it gets mixed in with other gear.

  • Hiking boots or alpine boots or approach shoes or climbing shoes,
  • Climbing harness and helmet
  • Belay device
  • 2x locking carabiners,
  • 1x large locking pear shaped carabiner,
  • 2x other carabiners,
  • 120cm sewn nylon sling (or other PAS)
  • 2' Prussik Loop (aka Hero Loop) or other autoblock loop
