Summary

This practice session is open to all members of the Mountaineers canyoning program (minimum Basic Waterfall Canyoning Course badge or equivalency). The practice session will focus primarily on basic level skills and will include stations to accommodate these skills, although participants may practice any skills of their choice. Leaders and more advanced participants will be present to keep an eye on safety and provide demonstrations and feedback. Although no formal training is provided at practice sessions, there may occasionally include a focused clinic on a particular skill. If you would like to work on a particular skill, please send the practice session leader an email and we'll do our best to accommodate this request.

Participants must have the prerequisite training to participate in the practice session.
