Campers will be dropped off at the Rose Garden in Priest Point Park on Tuesday morning at 9am. After a few ice breaker games, a gear check, and safety awareness, we will load the cars and hit the road! On the trail we'll learn about leave no trace, native plants, backpacking techniques, and more! Campers are expected to carry their personal gear and some of the group gear. After arriving to Elkorn campground, we'll set up camp and take time to explore, play games, and practice skills such as navigation and outdoor cooking.
