The American Red Cross CPR course teaches participants how to recognize and respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies. It typically covers adult, child, and infant CPR, how to use an AED, and what to do if someone is choking. The course focuses on practical, hands-on skills, helping students build confidence in responding quickly and effectively in an emergency until professional help arrives.
We will be at the Griffin Fire Station 1 beginning at 5pm. The activity will be indoors. Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move well in. Bring any water or snacks that you may need.
