During this field trip you will be; practicing top rope climbing, belaying a lead climber, discussing placing pro, and practicing removing pro.
Before the field trip you must go online and fill out the waiver here;
Review the techniques found in FOTH pages 216 through 237 to practice both Saturday and Sunday.
Review this video on the PBUS (pull, brake, under, slide) belay technique;
Review this video on belaying a lead climber;
Required Equipment
