Coassemble, the Mountaineers' Learning Management System, will be set up and available to begin on March 25th. You must begin the online modules not later than April 1st and complete them by April 15th. Most students spend 15-20 hours working through the eLearning modules (not including time spent reading the chapters from the book), so budget your time accordingly. Further details and registration on the separate Coassemble site will be provided by email by March 25th. Please make sure you have all the required materials together before beginning the eLearning workshop.
This activity is entirely online and self-paced.
Required Equipment
For the eLearning workshop, you will need to use your Mountaineers-approved compass with adjustable declination, pencil, paper, USGS Baring map and Wilderness Navigation, 4th edition book.
