Climbers will learn the skills required and build confidence in leading bolted sport routes. The course will focus on efficiency of climbing movement and clipping, lead belaying to minimize the consequence of a leader fall, anchor setup, and anchor cleaning. Rappelling will also be covered for instances where lowering off the anchor can not be accomplished.
