Session two will focus on snow anchors and advanced crevasse rescue techniques. We will all set up the 3:1, 5:1, 6:1 and 9:1 systems. We will study forces on snow/ice anchors and ways to distribute forces on various anchors.

Required Equipment
- Harness, crampons (we will inspect and test fit your crampons), 2 prusiks or VT prusiks, descent control device, 4 locking and 4 non-locking carabiners;
