Kitsap Scramble FT #1 - Conditioning - Mount Walker

Students carry a 20 pound back pack and complete the 2000 ft altitude gain in 2 hours or less.

0900 at Mt. Walker trailhead.

Directions drive 5 miles south of Quilcene on US Highway 101. Turn east onto Mt. Walker Viewpoint Road. Drive a short .25 mile to the trailhead. Pullover parking is on the left side of the road. Trail begins on the right side of the road.

Demonstrate your physical conditioning and test footwear.
