Join us for Mindful Mountaineers: Summer Solstice Celebration, featuring gentle Kundalini Yoga with gong bath, followed by a urban walk in Magnuson Park. A wonderful way to celebrate the longest day of the year with intentional stillness, healing sound and movement. Please note: Ticket purchase is non-refundable

This session will be lead by Marilyn Smith of Yogarama Studio in Seattle and will offer a space for a soothing journey to release stress and restore balance. Through light movement, mantra, meditation, and extended sound healing, will gently calm the nervous system, realign energy, and invite deep inner peace.  More info to come . . .

Please join us in celebrating the Summer Solstice with some fun activities relating to the solstice and an urban walk near the program center starting at 9:00am and will end approximately 12:30pm.  For those who would like to stay, we will have a BYOL/S after the urban walk.

A bit about the Summer Solstice: nature reaches a peak of light and energy - so can you! Join us for gentle Kundalini w/gongs session to harmonize the body and mind, followed by some activities and a mindful urban walk.  This moment to pause at this time of year is a great way to reflect on your personal growth and realign with what matters most in your life.

For the Yoga:

You will need to provide a Yoga mat. These additional items may help make your practice more comfortable: blanket and/or bolster  extra blanket or pillow to put under your head or legs, water.  

Gear for an urban walk:

A small pack, water, snack, sunscreen, first aid kit. Dress for the weather and your comfort. Good walking or hiking shoes required.

Further equipment suggestions will be communicated with participants closer to the event.
