  • This is an out‑and‑back hike on well‑maintained forest trails with gentle rolling terrain and no long climbs. Expect a mix of wide paths and narrower single‑track sections.

  • We’ll hike at a steady, conversational pace, taking short breaks as needed. This is a great route for building confidence with pacing, footing, and navigating trail junctions.

  • Trails may be muddy after rain, and there are several signed intersections—trekking poles and a printed or downloaded map can be helpful.

  • Please arrive with the 10 Essentials, water, and layers appropriate for changing weather.

10:00am at the Sky Country Trailhead. Those who would for an optional dynamic yoga warm-up should be there by 9:45.

Restrooms are available at the trailhead.  No parking passes are required.
