Join me for a relaxed pacing walk at Dash Point State Park, where we’ll explore gentle forested trails on dirt paths and pavement, listen to the sound of the water, and practice walking at a steady, sustainable pace together. Note that the route includes a fair number of stairs (manageable but present, so please consider your comfort with stairs before signing up). We’ll start with a brief check-in at the trailhead, then head out as a group, taking short breaks as needed to notice how our bodies feel, adjust layers and gear, and see what speed feels comfortable on rolling terrain. This is not a race—our focus is on learning, support, and building confidence—so we’ll stay together, encourage questions, and make space for all experience levels as we enjoy a friendly introduction to GoHike Urban Walks.
