3-hour backpacking workshop for kids and parents with hands on activities  related to trail food,  tent set up, animal safety, water filtration and backcountry hygiene.  Backpacking gear demonstration with a kid-orientated focus. Opportunity for parents (and kids) to bring their packed backpack for advice and review by courses leaders prior to upcoming summer trips. 

Weeks Falls picnic area. Meet at 9 am.
